Bay House was recently started after my partner and I decided it was time to come home from our year and a half long travels. We were living in New Zealand for just under a year, then living in between mostly Spain and France. In New Zealand, we were living out of our van, travelling the islands before settling in Wanaka where I took a baking job that I just Loved. I have always had a passion for all things baking and cooking, I can thank my sweet Mama and Yaya for that interest and talent. Obviously baking is in my genes and I have enjoyed this hobby all of my life. Living and traveling abroad expanded my love of incredible food and passion for new perspectives. I am grateful for the way life has guided me and the great opportunity to start my own business. I love being able to bake every day and have another outlet for my creativity. It makes me the most happy to bring happiness to others with food. There are so many delicious good to be eaten and I want everyone to be able to experience them and have happy bellies! All I do is made with love and attention smallest of details. I hope you enjoy eating what I make as much I enjoy making it for you!
